A Complaint Free World

I was watching TV on the other day when I was back in Malacca. Just in coincidence that one of the channel in Astro was showing "Oprah" (it's showing in AXN if I am not mistaken). I was very attracted by one of the campaign founded by Will Bowen, named "A Complaint Free World".

A Complaint Free World, inc. is a non-profit, non-religious entity which provides purple bracelets and other materials to help people affect positive change in their lives. They had been distributing bracelet as well as some other materials to help people all around the world to have a positive change for themselves.

I personally think this is a very start for those who always feel unsatisfied with the world we are living in. I had been practising this program about 3 days ago. Trying not to complain for just 3 days is harder than I can imagaine. What you need to do is, just get a bracelet, I remembered it was once a very popular fashion icon that almost everyone had one of those rubber bracelet. The catch is to keep the bracelet on the same wrist for 21 days. Therefore, each and everytime you started to complain, or even had the thought of complaining, you need to change the bracelet to the another wrist, and start the count all over again. Why 21 days? It was somehow proven that's the duration to break a habit.

By reducing complains, we are able to live in a much happier and healthier environment. Taking things positively would definitely make our life much more meaningful as well. I sincerely urge everyone to at least give yourself a try in this campaign, it won't take much of your time.

for individuals, we are required to purchase it. But I'm planning to get it soon, so once I get it I will give one to you.

Interesting.

However, not voicing your complaints alone yet bottling it all up only invites an inevitable explosion.

Also, if we are always just content, how will we improve?

All that said, I wish to clarify that I think this is a beautiful campaign and I support it :) Perhaps I will get one bracelet as well.
