Grand Opening of MYDIN, Ayer Keroh

From today onwards, Malaccan has just got another option while deciding on which store to shop for groceries, or even just to spend some time, enjoying the air-conditioner. Mydin had just officially opened to the public today, with lots of promotions and discounts on the items on sale. I was there this morning, along with my mom just to have a look around the MYDIN, since my dad was involved in this project. On their grand opening, they did something pretty cool that really caught my attention, they have free trishaw ride for customers to bring them from their vehicle straight to the entrance.

On the first day, MYDIN definitely gave me a very good impression of it's service, no matter of its staff, salesman, casher, and even the security guards. As it goes later in the afternoon, more and more people started to crowd in the hypermarket, especially at the cold storage section. They are selling chickens at a very low price, its like a warzone inside there, and people are queueing up long just to get their chickens weighted and priced.
And yeah, for expenses more than RM50 in a single receipt, you're entitle to get a free set of bedsheet[including two pillow case and a booster cover]. Only limited to the first 200,000 customers.

My friends, E.T. and F.Y. working as one of the MYDIN FM staff, met them at the entrance. Cool!
